What to expect from the sessions...

The sessions will last for 1 hr 15 mins.

Each session will be nice and relaxed and will begin with an open discussion about wellbeing.

I will then lead an opening Mindfulness meditation to ground us all in the present and hone your mindfulness skills. This will be a different variation of mindfulness each week.

This will be followed by a longer, delightfully deep relaxation meditation. This will allow you to drift off into a state of inner peace, let go of worry and find your inner still.

I will then finish with us setting an intention for the week to keep you focused, followed by a Q and A session

Hi, I am David Williams your Calm Coach

I am David Williams and have been helping people manage their mind for more calm and resilience for nearly 20 years.

I previously worked as a therapist in NHS mental health services and have trained in many disciplines.  All focused on people feeling empowered to take control of their mind and live a life, full of joy, happiness and calm.

I overcame my own crippling anxiety and have helped 1000’s of others do the same through my teaching, meditations and creating the Beyond Anxiety Method. 

I’m a little quirky, down to earth, dance Argentine tango and own a campervan!  I live to share my own personal stories and knowledge to inspire others to create calm in their lives.

How To Attend

Once you have booked, you will get a booking confirmation E-mail with the the link to join.

The session will be held over Zoom and you will have the choice to have your camera on or not, entirely up to you.

You can communicate with me and the community through the chat box to ask questions and give feedback.

When you subscribe to Create Your Calm discount and session recordings, you will receive an email with your membership area log in details, so you can log in at any time during the week and access the last session for 7 days.

The recording will be split into 3 parts:

Q and A and Discussion
Mindfulness meditation
Main deep relaxation meditation
